Kelvin here!
Let’s address something that tends to split a room faster than politics—crystals. Some people absolutely love them, others dismiss them outright, and then there’s a quiet middle group who say they don’t believe in them… but still keep one nearby “just in case.” It’s one of those topics where belief tends to take centre stage, and once belief gets involved, clarity often takes a back seat. So instead of debating belief, let’s bring this back to something far more grounded: experience.
The effectiveness of frequency-based tools has very little to do with whether you believe in them or not. Your body operates through electrical signals, electromagnetic fields, and vibrational communication at every level—this is not philosophy, it’s physiology. Tools such as crystals, tuning devices, or frequency-based instruments interact with this system whether you intellectually agree with them or not. The real question is not, “Do you believe this works?” but rather, “Can you feel what is happening when you engage with it?”
Where many people get stuck is in swinging between two extremes. On one side, there is blind belief, where tools are expected to solve everything without personal awareness or engagement. On the other side, there is immediate dismissal, where anything subtle or not instantly measurable is written off entirely. Both of these positions disconnect you from the most important element—direct experience. When you are either trying too hard to believe or too quick to reject, you stop noticing what your body is actually telling you.
The more grounded approach is surprisingly simple, but it requires a shift in attention. Instead of trying to feel something specific, or questioning whether something is working, you allow yourself to remain present with whatever arises. This might be subtle—changes in warmth, shifts in breath, a softening of tension, or even just a slight sense of ease. These are not dramatic experiences, but they are often the most meaningful, because they reflect the body responding naturally rather than performing for expectation.
Over time, consistency becomes far more important than intensity. When you expose your system to coherent frequencies regularly, even in small doses, the body begins to recognise and remember that state. When this is combined with HeartMath practices or sound-based therapy, the effect becomes layered—internal coherence meets external resonance. Instead of chasing results, you begin to build familiarity, and from familiarity comes stability.
Things to think about
- Do you rely on belief instead of direct experience?
- Are you dismissing something before giving your body a chance to respond?
- What would change if you stayed open, but grounded in what you actually feel?
Tips you can implement today
- Spend a few minutes with a frequency-based tool without expectation
- Notice subtle sensations rather than dramatic changes
- Avoid analysing the experience while it’s happening
- Stay present and curious rather than evaluative
